Reasons to avoid scam GPT programs
Don't make yourself a victim
Why avoid scam GPT programs
And how NOT waste your time
1. You are not getting PAID!
Obviously you are not going to get paid! So, forget about it. or even if you do it will be a few times until the owners get
enough visitors to reap advertisers money or earn enough in upgrade membership fees. Usually, shortly after the site either stops
paying or disappears. There are countless examples of this:
Readrevenue
Adbux
E-mailpaysu
...And many,many more
How would you feel, if you spent countless hours and days participating in the program, promoting it and building your referral base just to end up with nothing in your pocket? It is like putting money in your pocket to later find out there is a hole, and you lost everything.
2.You enable scam artists
By supporting scam GPT sites you knowingly or unknowingly encourage scam artists to continue in their dark trade. There are those constantly on the lookout for ways to scam others. If they see the possibility of getting away with scamming they will find a way to take advantage of all their members and. And they will do it repeatedly. So, if you are a member of scam GPT please quit, so they loose the desire to scam people again.
3 You waste your time
It says it all! They say time is money,so no reasons to waste it with fake GPT sites. By wasting your time with phony PTR websites you taking away valuable time form supporting real honest PTRs besides being busy not getting paid yourself.
4 You get sucked in Search Fraud
Many scam sites that are alive and well, and even pay some of their members practice search fraud. Think twice of joining if the site has a forced search policy. Forced Search policy is a program policy that explicitly states that members have to search to get their earnings. There are some variations of this.
Let me say as a side note, there is nothing wrong with sending out search ads and searching. We all searching for something anyway. But, by forcing its members to search program owners and those who search with no intention to find anything committing a search fraud. In turn it hurts advertisers by reducing their profit margins, which eventually translates into lack of support for GPT community overall, and, you guessed it, a less money for you.
5 You become part of a scam
Not to mention, by being a part of a system that cheats genuine GPTs and their members out of potential profit, and gives a bad name to all GPT sites, you kill your own source of potential extra income.
6 You promote GPT demise
Lastly, your actions are part of giving a bad name to all honest GPT sites and the industry as a whole with Internet community and especially advertisers. Good reputation is hard to maintain, and spotless reputation is extremely difficult to achieve. Tremendous damage is being done by phony GPT sites by sabotaging honest business practices of genuine programs on the net every day.
Hopefully, all of the above reasons will be enough to help you be more cautious and discerning and convince you to stay away from scams.
A common story is well known: after all said and done victims complain on the forums and in their Blogs, trying to prevent others from being hurt.
With collaborative efforts we can all stand up to defend our rights of earning online by not participating in scam site activities. We can put a stop to it!
